Delivery Policy

The purpose of this policy is to define the shipping methods, timelines, fees, and conditions related to the delivery of products ordered on the site www.shineandglory.com.


1. Available Delivery Methods

SHINE AND GLORY offers several delivery options depending on the destination and the customer's preferences:

  • Standard Delivery: free (without tracking)

  • Standard Delivery with Tracking : €4.95

  • Priority Delivery with Tracking : €9.95

The available options may vary depending on the destination selected at the time of payment.


2. Delivery Zones

We deliver worldwide (Worldwide Shipping), including but not limited to:
🇦🇹 Austria, 🇧🇪 Belgium, 🇨🇿 Czech Republic, and 214 other countries.

⚠️ Certain regions or territories may be temporarily excluded due to customs restrictions, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicated as an estimate:

  • Standard Delivery: 7 to 12 business days after shipment

  • Standard Delivery with Tracking : 6 to 10 business days

  • Priority Delivery with Tracking : 3 to 7 business days

These timeframes do not include the order preparation time (see next section) and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales, special events).


4. Order Processing Times

Orders are generally prepared within 72 business hours after payment validation. This timeframe includes:

  • Order verification

  • Quality control

  • Secure packaging

  • Handover to the carrier


5. Delivery Fees

Fees are automatically calculated and displayed before order confirmation.


6. Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking link is sent within 72 hours following the shipment of the package (if a tracked shipping method is selected).
Tracking is also available via the "Track my order" page on our website.


7. Taxes, Customs and Importation

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country, in accordance with local legislation.

These fees are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to customs formalities.

📦 Our logistics centers are based in Asia.


8. Delivery Assurance

Insurance options are available for purchase to cover the following risks:

  • Lost package

  • Flight in transit

  • Product damaged upon receipt

Compensation is subject to the presentation of proofs (photo, sworn statement, carrier documents). Our customer service team will assist you with the procedures.


9. Package Not Received

If the package is not received 15 business days after the order, please:

  1. Go to the "Return & Refund" page

  2. Select the reason: “Lost package”

  3. Provide a signed declaration on honor and, if applicable, an identity document

An investigation will be opened with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, a replacement or refund solution will be offered.

⚠️ In case of delivery confirmation by the carrier, no refund can be granted, except for formal proof to the contrary.


10. Damaged Package or Defective Product

In case of receiving a damaged package or a defective item:

  • Report it immediately on the "Return & Refund" page

  • Choose the reason “Defective product / damaged package”

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Our customer service will process the request within 48 business hours.


11. Stock Management Clause

Stocks are managed by third-party logistics partners located in Asia. SHINE AND GLORY acts as a distributor and does not physically hold the products.

This organization allows us to:

  • To optimize our delivery times and costs

  • To offer a wide and competitive product range internationally


12. Acceptance of Delivery Conditions

By placing an order on our website and checking the box « I accept the terms & conditions » :

  • You acknowledge having read and accepted this delivery policy

  • You accept the deadlines, fees, and conditions related to shipping and logistics management

  • You agree to follow the procedures in case of a dispute
