it’s rare I trust online stuff now but this was solid.
ordered once and I’m already checking what to get next.

Has my order been confirmed?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it directly. If necessary, you can make a return via our "Return & Refund" page after receiving your package.
I entered a wrong delivery address, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us quickly to correct the address. If the order has already been shipped, the package must return to our warehouse before any new shipment.
I have not received my package, what should I do?
