Return and Refund Policy

Request a refund directly from your customer account on www.shineandglory.com.

This policy governs the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds applicable to orders placed on www.shineandglory.comIt complies with the French Consumer Code and the European Parliament Directive 2011/83/EU.

By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the conditions described below.

1. Right of withdrawal – Legal deadline

According to article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason or penalty. As a courtesy, this period is extended to 90 calendar days from the order date.

Conditions to respect:

  • Product new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging
  • Return made from your customer account
  • Order Number must be provided

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund, except in case of error or defective product.

To make a return, log in to your customer account on www.shineandglory.com and go to the "My Orders" section to submit your request.

2. Products given during a promotion

If one or more products were given as part of a promotion (e.g., 1 free item for 2 purchased), these products must be returned in case of a partial or full return of the order.

Otherwise: the refund request will be automatically denied, even if the gift's value is less than the returned product's value.

Example: You return 1 purchased item but keep the free item: → No refund possible.

3. Order cancellation before shipment

Want to cancel your order? It's only possible if the order hasn't been processed by our logistics yet.

Conditions:

  • Request sent via our online chat.
  • Order status: "not shipped" or "not prepared"

If cancellation is approved: full refund, including delivery fees.

Once the order status is "shipped" or "in preparation," cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Order not received

If you claim you did not receive your order, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.

For a refund, you will need:

  • A delivery failure confirmation from the carrier
  • An ID + a signed sworn statement

If the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the indicated address, no refund can be granted.

5. Late returns

Returns made more than 90 days after the order date may be refused without exception, unless specific legal provisions apply in your country of residence.

Reminders:

  • Returned Products: clean, unworn, unwashed
  • Original packaging kept
  • Order Number provided

6. Refund terms

Depending on the type of return and the product's condition, SHINE & GLORY may issue the refund by:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Credit / Promo Code
  • Digital Gift Card

Deadline: maximum 14 days after return validation No cash refunds will be made.

7. Refusal of return or refund

SHINE & GLORY reserves the right to refuse a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Product worn, soiled, washed, or damaged
  • Product returned without original packaging
  • Exceeding the legal withdrawal period
  • Missing free product in the return
  • Missing Order Number

8. Acceptance of terms

By confirming your order and checking the box "I accept the terms and conditions," you acknowledge that you have read and accepted:

  • Return policy
  • Refund policy
  • Specific conditions related to promotional products
