This policy defines the shipping methods, times, fees, and conditions related to the delivery of ordered products.
SHINE AND GLORY offers two delivery methods worldwide:
Standard Delivery with Tracking
Priority Shipping with Tracking
Available options may vary depending on the destination selected at checkout.
We ship worldwide (Worldwide Shipping), including but not limited to: France, Belgium, Germany, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and over 200 other destinations.
⚠️ Some regions or territories may be temporarily excluded due to customs restrictions, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
The deadlines below are indicative and do not include order preparation time (see section 4).
The exact estimated date is dynamically displayed on the product page and at checkout according to your country.
United States & United Kingdom (US/GB)
Standard: 5–8 calendar days after shipment
Priority: 3–6 calendar days after shipment
Canada & Australia (CA/AU)
Standard: 7–12 calendar days after shipment
Priority: 4–8 calendar days after shipment
Europe “core” (FR, DE, ES, IT, BE, NL, AT, IE, PT, LU)
Standard: 7–12 calendar days after shipment
Priority: 4–8 calendar days after shipment
Switzerland & Nordic countries (CH, SE, DK, FI, NO)
Standard: 8–13 calendar days after shipment
Priority: 5–9 calendar days after shipment
Rest of the world (INT)
Standard: 9–14 calendar days after shipment
Priority: 6–11 calendar days after shipment
Orders are generally prepared within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. This timeframe includes:
Order verification
Quality control
Secure packaging
Transmission to the carrier
Fees are variable depending on the destination country and are automatically calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
An email (and/or SMS if selected) with a tracking link is sent within 72 hours after shipment.
Tracking is also available via the page "Track My Order" on our website.
All displayed prices already include taxes, customs duties, and possible import fees.
No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

If your package is not received 15 business days after shipment :
Go to the page "Return & Refund"
Select the reason "Lost package"
Provide a signed sworn statement and, if applicable, an identity document
An investigation will be opened with the carrier. If the loss is confirmed, a replacement or refund will be offered.
⚠️ If delivery is confirmed by the carrier, no refund can be granted unless formal proof to the contrary is provided.
In case of damaged package or defective item:
Report it via "Return & Refund"
Reason: "Defective product / damaged package"
Add clear photos of the product and packaging
Our customer service processes requests within 48 business hours.
Stocks are managed by third-party logistics partners located in Asia. SHINE AND GLORY acts as a distributor and does not physically hold the products.
