Shipping Policy

This policy defines the shipping terms, estimated delivery times, fees, and conditions for orders placed on www.shineandglory.com. We currently ship to the United States only.


1. Shipping Method

Shine and Glory offers one shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping (with tracking)


2. Delivery Zone

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Shipments to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, etc.), PO Boxes, and military addresses (APO/FPO) may not be available or may experience longer transit times. Availability is confirmed at checkout.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 5–8 calendar days after shipment.

This estimate is counted from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and does not include order processing time (see Section 4). An estimated delivery date is displayed on the product page and at checkout.

These estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.


6. Order Tracking

A confirmation email with a tracking link is sent within 72 hours of shipment. You can also track your order at any time via the "Track My Order" page on our website.


7. Sales Tax

All applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable law. No additional fees are charged upon delivery.


8. Package Not Received

If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the shipment date:

  • Go to the "Return & Refund" page on our website
  • Select the reason "Lost Package"
  • Provide a signed statement and, if requested, a valid ID

An investigation will be opened with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

If the carrier confirms successful delivery, no refund will be issued unless you provide formal evidence to the contrary (e.g., a police report for theft).


9. Damaged Package or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Go to the "Return & Refund" page
  • Select "Defective Product / Damaged Package"
  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

Our team processes these requests within 48 business hours.


10. Fulfillment and Logistics

Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners. Shine and Glory operates as a distributor and does not warehouse inventory directly. This model allows us to offer competitive pricing and a broad product range.


11. Acceptance of This Policy

By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Shipping Policy, including the estimated timelines, fees, and procedures described above.
