GENERAL TERMS OF SALE (GTS)
These general terms of sale (hereinafter "GTS") govern the contractual relations between SHINE AND GLORY and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the website www.shineandglory.com (hereinafter "the Site").
By confirming their order, the user (hereinafter "the Customer") acknowledges having read these GTS, accepted them without reservation, and having the legal capacity to enter into a contract in accordance with article 1124 of the Civil Code.
1. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
SHINE AND GLORY reserves the right to modify these GTS at any time. The conditions applicable are those in force on the day the order is confirmed. In case of update, a notification may be displayed on the Site.
These GTS comply with the current French legal provisions, notably the Consumer Code, the Civil Code, the Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 for confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), and any applicable European regulations.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The essential characteristics of the products are described in each product sheet. Photographs, videos, texts, graphics, and other visual elements are for indicative purposes only and cannot hold SHINE AND GLORY liable in case of slight differences with the delivered product.
The size guides are provided for guidance only. A manufacturing tolerance of ±2 cm may be observed.
3. INFORMATION BEFORE ORDER
All products presented on the Site are offered while stocks last. The price of each item is indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (ATI), including the VAT applicable in France. Delivery charges will be specified separately before the final confirmation of the order.
SHINE AND GLORY reserves the right to modify certain components of a product due to manufacturing constraints, provided these changes do not affect the essential characteristics of the product.
No address change will be possible after order confirmation.
4. ORDER PROCESS
Purchasing on the Site follows these steps:

Enter personal and delivery details;

Optionally enter a promotional code;

Choose the delivery method;

Secure Payment;

Receive an order confirmation e-mail.
The sales contract is formed upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment can be made by bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via a secure interface compliant with the PCI DSS standard and the SSL protocol.
SHINE AND GLORY never has access to its customers' banking data.
In case of fraudulent use of a payment method, the Customer is invited to contact their bank without delay. Except for exercising the right of withdrawal or a processing error, any abuse or unjustified cancellation may lead to legal action or compensatory damages.
6. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. Delivery charges are calculated based on weight, destination, and transport method, and are clearly indicated before payment.
The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of their details. SHINE AND GLORY cannot be held liable for consequences related to an incorrect or inaccurate address.
A delivery tracking link is provided once the package is shipped.
Delivery is ensured in France, European Union and internationally, subject to additional charges.
7. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER
Upon receipt of the package, the Customer must check the condition of the product. In case of visible damage or error (missing item, non-compliant, damaged package), they must:

Otherwise, the order will be deemed compliant and accepted without reservation.
8. CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES OUTSIDE THE EU
For any delivery outside the European Union, customs fees, local taxes, or import duties may be required by local authorities. These fees remain entirely the Customer's responsibility and cannot under any circumstances be claimed from SHINE AND GLORY.

10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These GTS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, the parties will try to find an amicable solution. Failing that, any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, including when the user resides in another European Union member country.
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may also use a certified consumer mediator free of charge, whose contact details will be provided upon request.
