Return and Refund Policy

This policy governs the conditions of return, exchange, and refund applicable to orders placed on www.shineandglory.com.
It complies with the French Consumer Code and the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.

By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all the conditions described below.


1. Right of withdrawal – Legal deadline

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without reason and without penalty.

🔒 Conditions to be met :

  • Product new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging

  • Return validated via our online form

  • Order number must be provided

  • The return costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund, except in case of error or defective product.

2. Products offered during a promotion

If one or more products were offered as part of a promotional operation (e.g.: 1 item offered for 2 purchased), these products must be returned in case of partial or total return of the order.

⚠️ If not : the refund request will be automatically refused, even if the value of the gift is less than that of the returned product.

Example :
You return 1 purchased item but keep the free item:
→ ❌ No refund possible.


3. Order cancellation before shipment

Want to cancel your order? It is possible only if the order has not yet been processed by our logistics.

✅ Conditions:

If the cancellation is approved: full refund, including delivery fees.

Once the order status is "shipped" or "in preparation", cancellation is no longer possible.


4. Order not received

If you declare that you have not received your order, an investigation is opened with the carrier.

📩 For a refund, you will need:

  • A delivery failure confirmation from the carrier

  • A piece of identification + a signed sworn statement

⚠️ If the carrier confirms that the package was delivered to the indicated address, no refund can be granted.


5. Late returns

Returns made more than 14 days after receipt may be refused without exception, except for specific legal provisions in your country of residence.

6. Refund terms

Depending on the type of return and the condition of the product, SHINE & GLORY may issue a refund by:

  • 💳 Refund to the original payment method

  • 🎟️ Credit / Promo code

  • 🎁 Digital gift card

⏱️ Deadline: maximum 14 days after return validation
💸 No cash refunds will be made.


7. Refusal of return or refund

SHINE & GLORY reserves the right to refuse a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Product worn, soiled, washed, or damaged

  • Product returned without original packaging

  • Exceeding the legal withdrawal period

  • Absence of free product in the return

  • Absence of order number


8. Acceptance of conditions

By validating their order and checking the box “I accept the general conditions,” the customer acknowledges having read and accepted:

  • Return policy

  • Refund policy

  • Specific conditions related to promotional products
