Return and Refund Policy

To request a return or refund, log in to your customer account on www.shineandglory.com and go to the "My Orders" section.

This policy governs the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders placed on www.shineandglory.com. By confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all conditions described below.


1. Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 90 calendar days of the order date, for any reason.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • The return must be submitted through your customer account on our website
  • Your order number must be included with the request

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.


2. Promotional and Free Items

If your order included one or more free items as part of a promotion (e.g., "buy 2, get 1 free"), all promotional items must be returned along with the purchased items in case of a partial or full return.

If the free item is not included in the return, the refund request will be denied — even if the value of the free item is less than the value of the returned product.

Example: You purchased 2 items and received 1 free. You return 1 purchased item but keep the free item → no refund.


3. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed by our logistics team.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact us via live chat on our website
  • Your order status must show "not shipped" or "not prepared"

If cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund including shipping fees.

Once the order status changes to "shipped" or "in preparation," cancellation is no longer possible.


4. Order Not Received

If your package has not arrived, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.

To process a refund for a lost package, we will require:

  • Confirmation of delivery failure from the carrier
  • A valid ID and a signed sworn statement

If the carrier confirms the package was delivered to the address provided, no refund will be issued unless you provide formal evidence to the contrary (e.g., a police report).


5. Late Returns

Returns submitted more than 90 days after the order date will be refused without exception.

As a reminder, returned products must be clean, unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order number.


6. Refund Method and Timeline

Depending on the circumstances and the condition of the returned product, Shine and Glory may issue the refund as:

  • A refund to the original payment method
  • A store credit or promo code
  • A digital gift card

Refunds are processed within 14 days of return validation. No cash refunds will be issued.


7. Refusal of Return or Refund

Shine and Glory reserves the right to refuse a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Product is worn, soiled, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Product is returned without its original packaging
  • Return is submitted after the 90-day return window
  • A promotional/free item is missing from the return
  • Order number is not provided


8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this Return and Refund Policy, including the conditions related to promotional products.
