No tracking email? Check your spam/promotions folder.
Tracking stuck or not updated? This is normal at certain stages of shipping — tracking can take 24-48 hours to refresh between scans. If the tracking hasn’t changed for more than 7 days, contact us via chat.
Important: Don’t rely only on the initial estimated date. Always check the real tracking to know the progress of your delivery.
Lost, damaged, or not received package
Damaged package on arrival:
• Take photos immediately (package + contents)
• Don’t throw anything away
• Contact us — we’ll arrange an exchange or refund
Not home at delivery:
The carrier may leave the package in your mailbox, try redelivery, or drop it off at a pickup point depending on your country.
Package not received after the estimated time:

• We’ll start a carrier investigation
• Solution (reshipment or refund) within 48h

• Item unworn, unwashed, with tags
• Request initiated through our return portal
Return fees: You cover the return shipping cost. You choose the carrier to send the package back.
Available options:

• Store credit usable without time limit, with a 5% bonus
• Exchange for another size or product
