This policy governs the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds applicable to products purchased on the site www.shineandglory.com. It complies with the Consumer Code and the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of the conditions below.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
As a commercial courtesy, SHINE AND GLORY grants an extended period of 30 calendar days from the order date to initiate a return.
The products must be unworn, unwashed, intact, in their original packaging.
The order number must be provided with the return.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount (except in case of proven defect or error attributable to SHINE AND GLORY).
No returns will be accepted without prior validation through our online procedure.

When one or more offered products are included in a promotional order (e.g., free item with the purchase of 2), they must be returned along with the purchased items for the return to be considered complete.
The refund request will be automatically denied.
This remains valid even if the value of the gift is lower than that of the returned items.
Example :
The customer returns a purchased product but fails to return the free product:
⛔ Refund denied.
A cancellation request is possible only if the order has not yet been processed by our logistics service.
Written request sent by email to hello@shindeandglory.com before shipment.
In case of a confirmed cancellation, the full refund is made, including delivery fees.
As soon as the order status is "shipped" or "being prepared", cancellation is no longer possible.
If the customer claims not to have received their order, an investigation will be systematically opened with the carrier.
The carrier must confirm the absence of delivery.
The client must provide:
A valid identity document,
A signed declaration on honor.
⚠️ If the carrier confirms that the package has been delivered to the indicated address, no refund can be granted.
Any return made beyond 30 calendar days after the order may be refused without exception, except where local legal provisions apply (residents of certain European countries).
Products must always be:
Intact, unworn, unwashed,
In their original packaging,
Accompanied by the order number.
SHINE AND GLORY reserves the right to choose the most appropriate refund method, depending on the nature of the return and the condition of the product:
Refund to the original payment method
Credit / Promo code usable on the site
Digital gift card
⚠️ No cash compensation will be made.
The refund is processed within 14 days maximum after the return is approved.
SHINE AND GLORY reserves the right to refuse a return or a refund in the following cases:
Carried article, damaged or rendered unusable
Product returned incomplete or without its original packaging
Delay exceeding 30 days
Absence of order number
Absence of the offered product included in the order
